I wanna make my own bento box too now! I had a lot of those when I went to Tokyo but now it was a while ago.

As you can't pack warm food into your bento box, would it be okay if you make the food in the evening, then store it in the fridge over night and prepare the bento box the next morning? And can you make more than one portion and then use it for several days if you keep everything in the fridge?
